Harley Sportster 883 or Vulcan EN500?
I was going to buy a 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 from a friend for $1200. I told him it looked good but we haven’t finalized the deal.
Another friend just told me he will let me have his 1996 Harley Sportster 883 dressed with a windshield highway bars and Saddlebags for $4,000.
I am not sure wich to buy. For one thing I don’t want to go back on a committment, although we havn’t shook on the deal.
I am not sure I could handle a sportster. I am upgrading from riding Dirt Bikes.
I am thinking the Vulcan is a good intermediary step.
But I have to admit the Sportster is a sweet looking machine.
the sportster is top heavy and doesnt handle curves as well as the vulcan.
